Orders are fulfilled from our China or Thailand warehouse using a tracked international delivery service. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–5 business days within China or Thailand, 7–10 business days in Asia, 8–14 business days to Australia or New Zealand, and 10–15 business days to Europe, the United States, or Canada.

At this time, we are unable to deliver to:
- PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
- General Delivery services
- Freight forwarders or logistic service providers

Tracked shipping is free within China and Thailand, USD 10 within Asia, USD 15 to Australia or New Zealand, USD 18 to Europe, and USD 22 to the United States or Canada. The applicable fixed rate is shown before payment.
